I have been providing hands on support for an installed customer base of about 75 email / spam filter appliances since 2003. I field daily technical support calls using remote administration (PC Anywhere types of products) and literally hold the hand of the administrator of these systems. There's very little I haven't yet seen, except for the clever ways spammers constantly invent for delivering their message.

In previous career life's, I have spent over ten years developing professional software for both server side applications and client side applications. Prior to that another 10 years as a mechanical designer / drafter in a wide range on industries.
